What to Ask a Wall Printer Manufacturer Before Ordering
Send model, print height, ink type, destination market, quantity and document needs. Vague “best quality” requests slow the quote down.
A useful inquiry names the application and the constraints: wall type, indoor or outdoor, print height, preferred ink, voltage and destination country.
Ask which documents belong to the exact model: manual, packing list, and any CE or RoHS papers listed on that model. Do not assume one certificate covers the whole catalog.
If you need OEM branding, list logo placement, label language and packaging requirements before sample or production discussion.
After-sales questions should also be model-specific: spare printheads, ink supply, rail parts and who provides remote support.
Certification depends on the actual product model and target market.
